athena

ATHENA online, offline were commited to the alpha CVS repository. To checkout and build the code, do this:

setenv CVS_RSH ssh
cvs -d alpha@mcf.triumf.ca:/home/alpha/cvs checkout athena
cd athena
cd AthenaOffline
make (it should build Tbin/Athena_noGeant.so)
cd ../Online
make (it should build atom and AtVIEW)
./atom 10066 0 (should process 25000 events, write tof/AT-Run10066.tof)
./AtVIEW 10066

The sample ATHENA raw data files are in ~alpha/athena/raw.
